Ingredients:
2 zucchini, spiralized
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ cup alkaline
Avocado sauce
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Extra:
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Directions:
1. Take a skillet pan, place it over medium heat, add oil and when hot, add mushrooms and cilantro and then cook for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
3. Add avocado sauce, season with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme, stir until mixed and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until warmed.
5. Place zucchini noodles in a large bowl, drizzle with some oil, and then toss until well coated.
6. Add avocado mixture, toss until combined, and then serve.
