Wild Rice Stir Fry is not a common dish in most households. That’s because Wild Rice is not widely known in most regions around the world. It’s one of the healthiest types of rice and its nutritional value is through the roof. In this video, I’ll show you how to cook the Best Wild Rice Stir Fry for those following Dr Sebi’s Alkaline Diet. There’s absolutely no need for Wok, but if you have one, that’s even better.

Please note that Alkaline Diet is highly restrictive with regard to the types of food and ingredients you can eat/use, hence the need to make my makeshift “Soy Sauce” using mushroom broth in the video.
