The first thing on my “30 things to do by my 30th birthday” list was the Dr. Sebi alkaline diet. I decided to challenge myself to do a full thirty days of electric cell food & water ONLY in order to get to my goal weight of 145. Be back with pt. 2 once I complete the entire month!
