Walmart has a lot of items approved from Dr. Sebi’s Nutritional Guide. Lots of fresh organic, alkaline cell food. These are the items I was able to find at my local Walmart. Your selection may be even more fruitful. Please share in the comments any new finds!

-No canned or seedless fruit.
-Avoid using a microwave, it will kill your food.
