The steel cut oatmeal isn’t actually on the approved list of foods. We made that for our kids. We did use a grain called Fonio which is like a mix of oatmeal and grits. Still trying to get use to it honestly. Otherwise, a pleasant week 1 of eating. Body feels good, an old Achilles injury of mine hasn’t been flaring up with is promising as well.
