This video is my personal opinion of why Dr. Sebi did not approve baking soda and the science behind it. I believe it is due to the effects you get from sodium carbonate, which can hinder any positive healing, if heated to high temperatures. I also give you a way to neutralize baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) if you prefer to cook with baking soda.
To neutralize baking soda the ratio needs to be 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
